We want you to be completely happy with your rental. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rental, we will refund 100% of the rental price. Here are the instructions to receive your rental refund:
Contact us immediately and send it back right away! Send the item back within 24 hours in the enclosed poly-vinyl mailer with prepaid shipping label and we’ll refund the rental cost back on your original form of payment, less shipping costs. We want you to love it. We include several measurements with each garment on each listing so this hopefully won’t happen, but we understand it sometimes does. Also, please reach out to us. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about a specific item. All brands run different size wise, so we are here to assist and make sure you are show ring ready!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
