What if my item doesn’t fit?
Send it back right away! Send the item back within 24 hours in the enclosed poly-vinyl mailer with prepaid shipping label and we’ll refund the rental cost back on your original form of payment, less shipping costs. We want you to love it. We include several measurements with each garment on each listing so this hopefully won’t happen, but we understand it sometimes does. Also, please reach out to us. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about a specific clothing item. All brands run different size wise, so we are here to assist and make sure you are show ring ready!
How much is shipping?
Shipping round trip is $17.95
Shipping one way for buy it now purchases is $7.95
How do you clean the items between orders?
At the RTSR we are detail obsessed. We won’t rent out an item that we personally wouldn’t wear to the ring ourselves. All items are professionally cleaned including steam cleaned to 300 degrees F in between orders.
Do you offer local pickup?
If you will be at the WEF horse show and would like your items dropped off and picked up, we charge a one-time round trip pickup/drop off fee of $10. Once you have ordered your rental and paid, there will be a space in your order to leave your cell phone number and we will text you to arrange pickup at the horse show.
Can I buy my item if I love it?
Absolutely! Everything on our site is for sale. Please feel free to browse and shop our listings as you please. We offer a 48 hour “try on” period for all our items, which begins the day after an item arrives. If the item doesn’t fit, please let us know asap and return using the enclosed shipping label. Once we receive the item we will credit your payment form the full price of the item, less a 9.95 shipping and restocking fee. If the 48 hour period comes to an end and we have not heard from you, the sale will be final.

What if the item gets lost?
Once your rental period has expired, return the item to us within 24 hours in your enclosed bag with prepaid shipping label. Drop off at any UPS drop box location. For example, if you rented from Monday to Monday, you will have until Tuesday at midnight to drop the item off. Any drop offs starting Wednesday will begin to incur daily late fees. We will charge a daily late fee of $25/day if the item is not returned until the full value of the garment is reached.
What if it doesn’t fit or I don’t love it?
All of our rental items are in excellent, like new condition. We will not rent out an item that we wouldn’t wear in the ring. No rips, stains, holes, or tears. We want you to love your item or your money back: guaranteed. If you rented an item and weren’t completely satisfied, please let us know and we’ll work with you to find a solution to ensure that you are 100% happy.
Do I need to wash or clean my items at home after I’ve worn?
Nope! We take care of that for you! Just ship back to us in the prepaid poly-mailer and be on your way!
