How it works
Maybe you have a daughter who is growing like a weed. Maybe you have a big classic coming up and only do one or two a year. Maybe you’d like to try one of our high end brands and don’t want to spend a fortune for just one show. Here is where Rent the Show Ring comes in. You don’t need to spend thousands on your horse show wardrobe anymore. Place your order on our website for our extremely cost effective rental options, choose your timeframe for how long you want to rent, and voila! Leave the rest up to us.
Here are the steps to looking like a million bucks in the show ring:
Place your order online.
Reserve your item for a one week rental. We recommend allowing enough time prior to your show to receive the item and try on and make sure it works perfectly for you. Therefore, select a delivery date 1-2 dates before you show. We recommend placing your rental order with at least a week’s notice so we have time to ship your order.
Your rental will arrived professionally cleaned and ready to wear.
Shipping
We charge a one time, flat rate shipping fee of $17.95 for round trip UPS ground shipping. This includes shipping to your doorstep and the return shipping back to us.
We charge $7.95 for one way UPS ground shipping if you decide to purchase an item as opposed to renting something.
Local Pickup
If you will be at the WEF horse show and would like your items dropped off and picked up, we charge a one-time round trip pickup/drop off fee of $10. Once you have ordered your rental and paid, there will be a space in your order to leave your cell phone number and we will text you to arrange pickup at the horse show.
Wear the item.
We expect normal wear and tear, we are horse people we get it. If the item is damaged beyond repair, and cannot be worn and rented by another Rent the Show Ring customer, unfortunately you will be on the hook for replacing the item’s full value. So please treat the item with love and care, but a little dirt never hurt anyone.
Return the item to us.
Once your rental period has expired, return the item to us within 24 hours in your enclosed bag with prepaid shipping label. Drop off at any UPS drop box location. For example, if you rented from Monday to Monday, you will have until Tuesday at midnight to drop the item off. Any drop offs starting Wednesday will begin to incur daily late fees. We will charge a daily late fee of $25/day if the item is not returned until the full value of the garment is reached.
What if it doesn’t fit or I don’t love it?
Send it back right away! Send the item back within 24 hours in the enclosed poly-vinyl mailer with prepaid shipping label and we’ll refund the rental cost back on your original form of payment, less shipping costs. We want you to love it. We include several measurements with each garment on each listing so this hopefully won’t happen, but we understand it sometimes does. Also, please reach out to us. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about a specific item. All brands run different size wise, so we are here to assist and make sure you are show ring ready!
